Kenfig Hill Girl Guides are looking for a new guide leader as their current leader will be leaving at Easter.
The girls meet at Kenfig Hill Guides and Scout Hall off Croft Goch Road on Tuesday evenings at 6.45- 8.15pm.
Guides is a relaxed, welcoming space where 10-14 year olds can have fun, learn and make new friends.
There’s no requirement to have been involved in guiding or volunteering before and new leaders will have training on everything from planning activities to child safety. Anyone can volunteer from any background and experience, including parents and students.
Girl guides have been running for many years in Kenfig Hill but without a new leader, girls would have to travel to either Bridgend or Porthcawl.
