Demolition of derelict buildings underway in Nolton Street Bridgend

Two privately owned derelict buildings in Nolton Street (Bridgend town centre) are currently in the process of being demolished so the site can benefit the local community once again by being brought back into use.

The Ranch was destroyed in a fire in 2020 and has remained a derelict site ever since, while the Welcome to Town has been closed for decades.

The new owner is now working with the council on plans to redevelop the site into an exciting commercial asset for the town.
