Bridgend County Borough Council’s waste and recycling collections are going ahead as normal this Bank Holiday Friday, 10 April (Good Friday).
There won’t be any collections on Bank Holiday Monday 13 April (Easter Monday), so collections will be one day later than usual for the rest of next week up until Saturday 18 April.
Due to the impact of the coronavirus outbreak on services, the Council is around two weeks behind on deliveries of blue waste bags and green food recycling bags.
The council is hoping to catch-up as soon as possible with additional delivery rounds taking place this Saturday.
Please note that the three recycling centres are closed until further notice and the garden waste service has been temporarily suspended. All other recycling and waste services are currently running as normal.
